These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California, USA.
Before filing any claim, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting support@kiyhtily.com. We will work in good faith to resolve issues.
For unresolved disputes, you agree to binding arbitration on an individual basis (not class action), except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
